5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppbet Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
5.2 You agree to notify ppbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ppbet's support team is available 24/7 to assist with account security concerns.
5.3 ppbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your own negligence or failure to follow ppbet's security recommendations.
5.4 ppbet strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. ppbet reserves the right to require 2FA for certain account actions, including large withdrawals.
5.5 You must not allow any other person to use your Account to place bets or access the Platform. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be responsible for all such activity.
ppbet accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. 15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ppbet Platform shall first be referred to ppbet's customer support team for resolution. ppbet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ppbet's internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
15.4 You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in this Section.
